Capital Grass and the No Men are Matt Gower, Wayne Coulis, D'Arcy McGuire, Ken Workman and Neil McDaniel. Formed in Guelph Ontario in late 2006, these gunslingers combine roots music and rock n' roll energy to form a sound they like to call alt-folk. If you listen closely to the lyrics, you'll hear songs about fear, love, loss and hope. The summer of 2010 saw the band record and independently release their long awaited full length debut, "Don't Wait For The Mountain". Now firmly rooted in Ottawa Ontario, Capital Grass and the No Men  have played numerous shows with such bands as The Warped 45's, The Rural Alberta Advantage, The DoneFors, Sarah Hallman, Jim Bryson, The Schomberg Fair and many more, including a performance at the 2010 Cisco Ottawa Bluesfest and the 2010 O-Town Hoedown!
